We want you to love your girlgangshop finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
